Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At HelixQuantumWorks, we are committed to delivering premium digital design services that meet the highest standards of quality. Due to the bespoke and custom nature of our work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection law and EU regulations.
2. Pre-Production Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project before any production work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made. Once the project brief has been signed and production has begun, the following terms apply.
3. Partial Refunds
Where a project is cancelled mid-production, HelixQuantumWorks will calculate a proportional refund based on the percentage of work completed relative to the total project scope. Deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation will be transferred to the client upon payment for work completed.
4. Defective Deliverables
If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed-upon project brief and specifications, HelixQuantumWorks will, at its discretion, either rectify the deliverables at no additional cost or issue a partial or full refund corresponding to the defective portion of the work.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the client:
- Completed design assets approved through formal sign-off.
- Third-party licensing fees incurred on behalf of the client.
- Work completed under time-and-materials agreements where hours have been logged and verified.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact HelixQuantumWorks at [email protected] with your project reference and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 10 business days and respond with a resolution.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago de Compostela.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by HelixQuantumWorks, located at Rua de San Pedro, 45, Piso 2º C — 15703, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña, España, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
HelixQuantumWorks provides digital design and development services, including but not limited to user interface design, design system architecture, web layout engineering, motion design, e-commerce development, brand identity systems, prototyping, and technical audits. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a written agreement between HelixQuantumWorks and the client that specifies the project scope, deliverables, timelines, payment schedule, and any special terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement shall prevail.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate established by Spanish law. HelixQuantumWorks reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are overdue by more than 15 days.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, HelixQuantumWorks transfers all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables to the client. HelixQuantumWorks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless explicitly prohibited in the project agreement. Pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and tools used during development remain the property of HelixQuantumWorks.
6. Confidentiality
HelixQuantumWorks agrees to treat all client information, project details, and business data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use any confidential information for purposes unrelated to the contracted project without prior written consent from the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
HelixQuantumWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
8. Force Majeure
HelixQuantumWorks shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms or any project agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, power failures, or internet outages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. HelixQuantumWorks will deliver all completed work and assets to the client within 10 business days of the termination date.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña, España.
11. Changes to These Terms
HelixQuantumWorks reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
